Hurstway Care Home is a mid sized Nursing home based in Erdington specialising in Dementia, Residential and Nursing care. The new Management team within the Hurstway have worked tirelessly over the last 12 months to enhance the overall standards within the home. This includes the implementation of electronic care planning and documentation implemented in December 2022, Electronic medication management implemented in October 2022.A fully recruited Nurse team, care team, activities team, Kitchen team, maintenance team and a domestic team. Staff are provided with an exceptionally high standard of training and this is ongoing to be enable staff to support residents with their individual needs.The Hurstway has gone through huge environmental changes and has some fabulous new additions to the home such as a Hairdressing and wellness salon and a Cinema opened in March 2023, which residents absolutely love. The home has sprawling gardens to enable residents and family to enjoy the sunshine throughout the year. There are multiple communal rooms for your loved one to choose from to spend their time in including a large orangery. Each of the 42 rooms offer a spacious bedroom area with en-suite facilities which can be personalised to meet your loved ones criteria/likes.
