We advise to wipe the ear pieces between residents however for Infectious Disease Control in certain Care Homes, Hospitals and Hospices, wiping with a hygienic wipe is not sufficient we can supply your Establishment with Hygienic ear covers if required, you can find these in our online shop.

The Headset takes around 40 minutes to charge, when placed on charge a red light will appear on the Earpiece, once charged that light will turn blue to show a full charge.
Once the Headset has been charged the Headset will last for around 5 – 6 Hours of play

Yes, If you pop your postcode into our integrated map you will see the care homes in your area that have signed up for gifting. Every home would be so grateful of your gift. If the home you are wanting to donate to is not yet signed up to gifting, we can contact them on your behalf.
